Discover massage strokes to help relieve your baby's gas and constipation. PLUS, you will learn stretching games that help create your baby's sense of body awareness, ease your baby out of flexion and enhance their lymph system for better health and immunity. Music and nursery rhymes are also incorporated to make the class entertaining. Baby massage has been shown to improve baby's circulation and growth, ease mom's postpartum symptoms and more. Each class starts with a sharing circle so that you can start to build your own group of parent friends!

For babies newborn - 6 months old.

60 minute class for 5 weeks.
