Upon registering for this class, you will be sent the Foundations for Healthy Sleep handout so that you so you can get started with some of the little things before the class. The topics that will be covered include setting up the best environment to encourage sleep, your baby’s sleep needs, implementing a routine before naps and bedtime, wake windows versus schedules, sleep associations, nutrition, night weaning, transitions and so much more. No two babies are the same and having a trusted and educated sleep coach guide you in the right direction and answer your questions can make the world of a difference.

Sleep Workshop for toddlers, 18 - 36 months

Oh Toddlers! They are so much fun and really do make life so entertaining but struggling with an overtired toddler who refuses to go to bed makes parenting so much harder. Toddlers are such unique little beings and being able to understand them and communicate in a way that they understand really is key when working on sleep and with this age group in general. The topics covered during this class include bedtime stalling, fears/anxieties (monsters), early rising, naps, schedules, transitioning to a big bed, crib jumpers and so much more.
