Relax, restore and renew with gentle restorative yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, and journaling. Take the time to pause and realign your body, heart and mind with this weekly gift of self-care. Being a mom comes with many challenges and this class provides you with a relaxing way to de-stress, re-energize, and find balance. No yoga experience necessary. All yoga props, mats and personal journals are provided. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle if desired.

8 person limit. 75 minute class.
